Upper House in Algeria passes two laws on scientific research

ALGIERS- The member of the Council of the Nation (upper house of Parliament) adopted Wednesday a framework act on scientific research and technological development and another law on the National Council of Scientific Research and Technologies, in a plenary session chaired by the acting speaker of the house, Salah Goudjil, in the presence of the minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Chems-Eddine Chitour.
